One flaw I've always found in the world of crossovers is the Tommy Westphall universe, while true it's most likely the most expansive universe in fiction, I do think it's size is exaggerated as people count cigarettes, shared brands and such as clear connections.
The thing about the Tommy Westphall universe is that due to everything connecting to St. Elsewhere which was SPOILERS!!!!!!! all a dream in the mind of Tommy Westphall, some of the logical inconsistencies can be overlooked such as Friends characters watching Cheers despite Cheers being in the same universe. Dreams often don't have consistent logic.

Slasherverse
One rather interesting universe is the Slasherverse, the idea that a whole lot of the slashers from the horror movies we love so much exist within the same universe. Let's start with the easy one. Jason Goes To Hell, the 9th installment in the Friday the 13th series featured the Necronomicon from Evil Dead

Nintendoverse Prime (Outdated)
- No Smash Bros, Mario Kart or other large scale crossovers that have questionable canonicity
- Guest characters are not a reason for "canon sharing"
- I'm gonna try to make one consolidated world, not a multiverse, that might come later.
Good? Well, let's get started. Let's get started with my famous god-killing puffball, Kirby.

RE: Fortnite x Kingdom Hearts - The Doomverse Revised
I just finished watching a theory by beloved theorist MatPat called Game Theory: The Fortnite x Kingdom Hearts Crossover | How Doom Unites All Games! which is a fine enough video which you can find here. I did enjoy the video as his videos are entertaining but he does make a few leeps and go fast and loose with the words "canon"
So I thought I'd go over and come up with my own theory. He starts with the connection that William J Blazkowicz from Wolfenstein is the grandfather of Commaned Keen a.k.a William Joseph Blazkowicz II who is the father of Doomguy B.J. Blazkowicz III and that's all established via Doom RPG and this tweet by one of the original creators.
We can add Quake in there due to the rabbit connection in Quake Champions which they also point out. The character in Quake Champions is clearly the same Doomguy. Altho Quake seems to take place outside of traditional universes so might even be just a verse in and of itself.
