The thing about the Tommy Westphall universe is that due to everything connecting to St. Elsewhere which was SPOILERS!!!!!!! all a dream in the mind of Tommy Westphall, some of the logical inconsistencies can be overlooked such as Friends characters watching Cheers despite Cheers being in the same universe. Dreams often don't have consistent logic.
Now let's start this endevour with St.Elsewhere.
- A character from St.Elsewhere, Dr.Turner was investigated for murder by Pembleton and Bayliss from Homicide: Life on the Streets
- Characters from Westphall visited the bar from Cheers
- The characters Norm, Cliff and Frasier visited the bar from Wings
- Frasier (1993) was a spin-off of Cheers
- The show eventually got a continuation in the form of Frasier (2023)

As well is the claim that Crossing Jordan is connected, it's set in Boston and theres a preast from St.Eligius chapel its not explicitly connected to the hospital of the same name so is at best circumstantial
Degrassi mentions a Dr Westphall over the intercom but this is a completely different hospital and no first name is given i'm also not counting that
I'm not counting Mr.Bluth's cameo in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as that does not make any sense and seems to be merely an easter egg and not a substantial link.
The final count is 107 shows once you go a layer down into the Newhartverse then it becomes bigger but I choose to view them as seperate universes.
